Help with medical errands for your parents abroad
When a parent needs to get to an appointment or pick up a prescription, someone local can make all the difference. epono arranges the practical side: getting there, waiting with them, picking things up and reporting back to you.
This is errand and logistics support, not medical care. Our contractors do not give medical advice or treatment. They make sure the appointment happens and that you know how it went.
What families ask us for
A few examples. If yours is different, ask anyway: our AI tells you straight away whether we can help.
- Someone to go with my mother to her doctor's appointment
- Pick up a prescription from the pharmacy
- A check-in visit to see how my father is doing after surgery
- Book and confirm a clinic appointment
- Bring medical documents to a hospital
How a request is handled
- Step 1
Describe what they need
The appointment, the pharmacy, the visit. Our AI checks availability in their city and gives you an approximate price.
- Step 2
A coordinator plans it
After you sign up, your coordinator confirms the time, the place and what to bring, and lines up a vetted local contractor.
- Step 3
You hear how it went
The contractor reports back after the visit, with notes and photos where it helps.
You see the final price and approve it before anything is paid. Nothing is added after you confirm.
Questions about health & medical help
No. epono arranges errands and accompaniment: getting to appointments, pharmacy pickups and check-in visits. Medical advice and treatment always come from your family's own doctors.
