Loved One Terms

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Someone in your family has invited you to epono so that you can see and confirm the help they arrange for you. These short terms explain what that access is and how we look after your information.

01 · Your access

A member of your family (the "Customer") has invited you to a limited epono workspace. It lets you see the requests made for you, confirm when work is done, ask to cancel an Order before the work starts, report a problem, rate finished work and — within a budget the Customer sets — ask for new help. You accept these terms by ticking the box when you first sign in. You do not pay anything, and you do not have a contract to buy services from epono: the Customer does.

02 · Keeping your access safe

You sign in with a short code that the Customer gives you. It works once and only for a limited time. Do not share it with anyone else. Your access is tied to the device you sign in on.

03 · Using the workspace

Please give accurate information and use the workspace only for your own needs. Our Acceptable Use & Restricted Services Policy applies to you. We may end your access if it is misused, and the Customer may end it at any time.

04 · Your information

We use your name, phone number, address and the details of each request only to arrange and record the help you receive, and to meet our legal obligations. The local provider who comes to help you receives only what they need, when they need it. Our Privacy Policy explains everything in full, including your rights. You can contact us directly at privacy@epono.ca.

05 · The laws that apply

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country where you live.
